Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage employee records and maintain the HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs. Responsibilities also include conducting new hire orientations, assisting with performance management, processing payroll, managing time off requests, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. We offer a collaborative work environment where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
Requirements
