Job Description
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly qualified Contract Specialist to become a valuable member of our team. The chosen candidate will manage contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable legal standards.
Key responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms with vendors and clients, and performing risk assessments. The Contract Specialist will also work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate seamless contract execution.
The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience in contract management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
