Job Description
ZEREFLAB is actively seeking a committed HR Executive to facilitate the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems. In this pivotal role, you will provide guidance on company policies, oversee the recruitment process, design effective onboarding programs, and support performance management efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, and exemplary organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month.
