Job Description
DigiTechIO LLC is seeking a Senior HR Operations Executive to oversee daily human resources functions and professionally address employee concerns. The successful candidate will manage attendance, resolve grievances, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, process payroll, facilitate onboarding, enforce HR policies, and organize employee engagement activities.
Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 (Based on experience)
