Job Description
Crossroad Consultants, located in Karachi, is currently looking for a full-time, on-site Female Customer Service Representative. This pivotal role involves performing receptionist duties, overseeing front office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
Qualified candidates should have proven experience as a receptionist, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Cultural sensitivity is essential, and bilingual abilities, along with prior experience in education or immigration consultancy, will be considered advantageous.

Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
