Job Description
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics is preferred. B.Tech (Hons) will also be considered.
Experience: This position is open to fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve assigned complaints related to Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and ATMs, adhering to specified turnaround times.
- Install and maintain ATMs and CSMs.
- Utilize effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analyses for assigned tasks.
- Prepare and submit analytical reports and documentation to the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATMs, and G&D.
