Job Description
Techsol IT is currently seeking motivated and self-driven individuals, including recent graduates and candidates with 5 to 6 months of sales experience, to become part of our expanding team. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet defined targets.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
