We are seeking an Administrative Accountant to enhance the efficiency of our campus operations and provide comprehensive financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and handle visitor inquiries
• Support admissions and maintain communication with students
• Oversee financial recordkeeping, including invoicing and reporting
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and audit processes
• Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in a school or college environment is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-Time
