Job Description
Smart Placement is looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Reservation Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage individual, group, and corporate reservations across multiple channels, while also training and supervising junior staff. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate booking records, managing room availability, and fostering effective communication among various departments.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and strong communication skills are a must.
