Job Description

Impetus Systems is currently seeking a professional and committed Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 0-1 year of relevant experience. As the initial point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, maintaining an organized reception area, providing essential information, sorting mail, and scheduling meetings. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are mandatory requirements for this role.
