Job Description
Step into a pivotal role as a Guest Relations Officer, where you’ll be the face of our hospitality in a full-time, remote position. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional guest experience by efficiently managing reservations, orchestrating seating arrangements, and promptly addressing guest requests.
We are looking for candidates who possess a solid background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm, friendly personality. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a degree in hospitality is considered an advantage. We offer a competitive salary of Rs40,00.00 per month.
