Job Description
Source Code Academia is looking for a motivated and organized Full-Time Roster Manager to enhance our department’s scheduling and reporting efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation of rosters, managing class schedules, coordinating teachers, and addressing any IT-related issues along with invoice management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing student and teacher rosters.
- Organizing class schedules and academic activities.
- Coordinating teacher schedules and related tasks.
- Serving as the primary contact for IT concerns.
- Tracking and managing invoices.
- Addressing student inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
