Job Description
Lisam Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our dynamic team located in Shahra e Faisal, Karachi. In this role, you will monitor the quality of inbound calls and assess agent performance, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies while identifying areas for process optimization to enhance campaign performance.
Key Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in inbound or outbound call center campaigns, with prior experience in a telecom campaign being preferable.
Job Details: This is a full-time position from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The salary ranges from Rs50,00 to Rs70,00 per month.
