Job Description
We are a leading inbound customer service provider, serving clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Operating around the clock, we are currently seeking qualified candidates with prior inbound customer service representative (CSR) experience, particularly those with a background in US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Effectively managing service inquiries and complaints.
- Engaging in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance support.
- Demonstrating flexibility in shift schedules to ensure ongoing coverage.
