Job Description
Mizo Studio is on the lookout for a seasoned and detail-oriented Medical Billing Manager to oversee our daily billing operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes, combined with exceptional leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the billing team for optimal workflow.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
- Monitor denial trends and manage follow-up procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Coding, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Establish billing policies and track key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and mentor billing staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
