Job Description

PayMedics is currently looking for a meticulous and experienced Institutional Billing Executive to oversee comprehensive billing processes for our institutional healthcare clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting institutional claims (UB-04), ensuring adherence to payer requirements, monitoring aging reports, and swiftly resolving any billing discrepancies.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of institutional billing experience, proficiency in medical billing software, and excellent communication skills are required.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
