Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Xfinity Inbound Agent to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. You will handle inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support for Xfinity services. Responsibilities include managing billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical issues, and educating customers on products and promotions.
Qualifications: High school diploma (preference for associate/bachelor’s degree), 1 year of Xfinity sales experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
