Are you a skilled communicator with a dedication to exceptional customer service? Enigma is seeking a Dispatcher for our Chat Support and Inbound Call Answering team. This is a great opportunity to enhance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs90,00 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and assist customers.
- Address customer inquiries through chat support.
- Coordinate and dispatch service requests effectively.
- Maintain and update accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (English preferred).
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
