Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to become a part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, both via phone and in-person meetings, while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering shipment updates, addressing service inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Marketing, along with at least one year of relevant experience in logistics, is required. This position is based in Beaumont Plaza, Karachi, and is open to female candidates only. Please note that this is a full-time role.
