Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced Head of Production to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating production staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with management.
Your role will encompass minimizing downtime, establishing productivity goals, and optimizing staff scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a relevant field (preferred)
Willingness to travel: 25% (preferred)
