Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support for our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting professional correspondence, and preparing analytical reports. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in an executive support role and be proficient in office software. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
