Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative with a strong “CAN DO” attitude and exceptional communication skills, particularly in English. Our ideal candidate will have experience in making outbound calls and delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide service information to customers.
- Address inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be available for morning shifts (9 AM to 6 PM).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
Location: In person, Rehmanabad Rawalpindi
