Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is actively seeking qualified and experienced Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our international tutoring support team. This opportunity is for a night shift position, ideal for individuals adept at managing both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and schedule tutoring sessions efficiently.
- Provide assistance to students and address their inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in education or tutoring support is preferred.
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM
