Job Summary: TopSpot Media is seeking a diligent Video Production Manager to oversee daily pre-production operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency and quality, while managing resources in a cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will engage in strategic planning, demonstrate effective team leadership, and adhere to established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing operations to achieve quality targets, developing production schedules, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring policy compliance, and mentoring a diverse team.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with over 5 years of experience in production operations. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
