Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is currently searching for a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Eligibility Specialist to enhance our revenue cycle team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for verifying insurance details and coordinating benefits to minimize claim denials while elevating the patient experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify and document insurance coverage.
- Calculate estimated out-of-pocket expenses for patients.
- Obtain necessary authorizations for procedures, ensuring compliance with Medicaid billing standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to address discrepancies and streamline workflows.
