Job Description
Osynix Group is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in DHA Phase 5, C Block, Lahore. We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Call Center/BPO sector.
This full-time position demands fluent English with a neutral or American accent and availability for night shifts corresponding to US time zones. The salary ranges from PKR 90,00 to PKR 120,00, coupled with attractive benefits.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional voice and chat support, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and achieving performance targets. A Bachelor’s degree is necessary for this role.
