Job Description

Active Solutions is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to become a vital member of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and strategically source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate assessment scheduling.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR; 1.5-3 years of HR experience. Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM). Location: Gulistan e Jauhar, Block 14. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month.
