Job Description
Amanah Mall is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager – Project Sales. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue for our apartment projects, and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Establish connections with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies.
- Execute property presentations and site visits.
- Negotiate terms and analyze sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project sales.
