Job Description

SIAR Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality compliance and provide valuable feedback and coaching to our agents. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements, prepare evaluation reports for management, and develop training materials aimed at elevating service quality. Collaborating with our team, you will support customer experience strategies and efficiently resolve complex customer issues, while staying up to date with product knowledge.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
