Job Description
K.H. FAMA Textile Processing Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist. This key role serves as the first point of contact for our organization, overseeing front desk responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide information to visitors and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Support data entry, filing tasks, and manage office supplies.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
