Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is actively looking for a dedicated female Truck Dispatch Executive with hands-on experience in the US truck dispatching industry. This position offers competitive earnings of up to $70,00 per month, including commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide customers with accurate shipping information.
- Maintain thorough records of calls and shipments.
- Manage invoices and all relevant shipment paperwork.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines effectively.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatch and demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Full-time position with a salary range of $55,00 to $70,00 per month.
