Job Description
GLOBE CALL CENTRE is looking for a motivated Bidding Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, crafting persuasive proposals, and successfully converting leads into valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough searches for relevant projects on freelance platforms.
- Develop tailored proposals for each opportunity.
- Engage proactively with potential clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to comprehend client requirements.
- Meet and exceed bidding targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in bidding or business development.
- Excellent command of English.
