Job Description
Auhda Consulting is seeking a dedicated Online Sales Specialist to enhance our online sales through e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for swiftly addressing customer inquiries via email, chat, and various online communication tools.
Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service will be crucial in increasing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to ensure online listings are synchronized with ongoing campaigns while monitoring sales performance.
Position Requirements:
- Job Status: Full-Time Onsite
- Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Location: DHA Phase 2 or Korangi, Karachi
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years
- Education: Intermediate (Required)
