Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain Homes is in search of a qualified and passionate Resort Manager for our upscale resort situated 4 km from Murree. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, along with 7-8+ years of relevant experience in hotel or resort management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team that reflects our brand values. Proficient leadership, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs175,00.00 to Rs225,00.00 per month, with in-person work required at the resort.
