Job Description
Position Overview:
The MSE Officer plays a crucial role in managing loan applications for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). This position involves fieldwork, engaging with clients, conducting financial analyses, and overseeing portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential MSE clients.
- Evaluate and assess loan applications effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
- Ensure the health of the loan portfolio.
- Monitor client businesses and provide necessary support.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 1-2 years of experience in microfinance preferred. Candidates should possess strong business acumen and financial understanding.
