Job Description
MGC FREIGHT is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to strengthen our commitment to excellence and teamwork. This role involves leading recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing guidance on HR matters to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Advise employees on various HR-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
