Job Description
ChatPandas is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed product information, and addressing complaints with patience and empathy.
Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in customer service. You must be comfortable working onsite during evening and night shifts at our GITMIT Co-Working Space located in Gulberg 3. A high school diploma is required for consideration.
The compensation for this full-time position ranges from Rs90,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
