Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail bakery outlets. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in retail operations, sales growth, and team leadership, ideally within the bakery, food retail, or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities: This role involves managing daily sales operations, achieving revenue targets, recruiting and training staff, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales reports, ensuring brand consistency, and addressing customer feedback.
