Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers by providing initial information about our products and ensuring their overall satisfaction. In this role, you will address customer complaints, follow up via phone or email, and educate customers on additional products that may benefit them.

Your responsibilities will include efficiently answering inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, troubleshooting common concerns, and collaborating with the team to develop effective solutions.

Job Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

Location: Jauhar Block 15

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
