Job Description
NIGHT SHIFT: 6pm – 3am
4D SOFTECH is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to establish and implement departmental objectives, oversee functions, and administer policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and training new staff.
- Coordinate daily workflow.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Monitor departmental performance.
- Manage daily operations.
- Collaborate for program coordination.
- Resolve conflicts and handle complaints.
Qualifications:
- BS/BBA in HRM preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
