Job Description
Hiring Solutions is looking for a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to manage payroll processing and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR Operations with a strong focus on payroll management, documentation, and exit processes.
The primary responsibilities include ensuring precise payroll processing, maintaining personal records, and overseeing exit management procedures, including documentation and settlement processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, in-depth knowledge of HRMS and labor regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
