Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance lead conversion rates through social media platforms.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience with excellent communication skills.
- Proven sales experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
