Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a **dedicated Customer Support Officer** to join our team in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments and perform data entry across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a **bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience**, excellent phone etiquette, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Please note that we are accepting applications from female candidates only.
