Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team at Wariz Training. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
– Utilize ATS and HR platforms like Workday and PeopleSoft.
– Conduct data analysis to support HR decisions.
– Present HR policies to employees and address queries.
Qualifications:
– Proven HR experience, especially in recruitment.
– Strong data analysis skills and HR software familiarity.
– Excellent communication and task management skills.
