Job Summary:

The Executive Admin supports senior leadership by managing schedules, communication, and office operations while handling sensitive information, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, travel, and meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Prepare reports and meeting agendas.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
• Oversee office operations and special projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years in an executive support role.
• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to handle multiple priorities.
