Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years as a CSR in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18 – 35
Fluency: Candidates must be fluent in English.
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing information, enhance sales, follow up on service requests, and maintain records.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month + up to Rs15,00 incentives.
Location: Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Male candidates have rotational shifts; female candidates have morning shifts.
