Job Description
Job Summary: Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Verification Agent to validate customer information for mobile phone installment plans under our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) program. This position involves precise data entry, verifying customer identities, and facilitating sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to verify customer information.
- Confirm CNIC and KYC documentation.
- Utilize verification scripts to guide customer responses.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Educate customers about BNPL terms.
