In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring systems, managing digital dashboards, and providing real-time updates. Regular communication with our U.S.-based teams through chat and reporting tools will be essential, as you will need to report any irregularities promptly.
The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or monitoring is highly desirable.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
