Job Description
Zue Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a reliable Accounting and Bookkeeping Executive. This position will manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide essential support to the finance team in achieving timely reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations.
- Process payments via Bill.com.
- Assist with payroll entries using Paychex.
- Generate financial reports and maintain thorough documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
