Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to admissions. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive information to prospective students and their families regarding programs, application procedures, and fee structures. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our academic offerings, assisting with the completion of admission forms, and ensuring organized record-keeping. You will collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and participate in events such as open houses. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience are required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
